Frequently Asked Questions
Customers must arrange their own freight. We’ll have pallets weighed, measured, wrapped, and ready for pickup, but you’ll need to coordinate the carrier.
We require a full smoker-load per flavor—about 120 pounds of finished jerky. That translates to roughly 650 bags (3oz) or 240 bags (8oz) per flavor.
- 3oz bags: 7″ x 9″
- 8oz bags: 6.5″ x 10.5″
All packaging must be fully printed—no stickers or blank bags—to reduce prep time and increase scheduling flexibility.
A 50% payment is required before your jerky ships. The remaining balance is due per your invoice terms.
